Awesome. Thought-provoking and well-written. Especially timely if you, like I, have felt bombarded by modern cultural landmarks such as HGTV renovation television shows and Levittowns of McMansions. I would read this again in a heartbeat, especially if I was on a trip across the US--imagine looking out the windows at all the "little boxes made of ticky tacky."
